Turning a bank statement into clean, usable data — without an AI black box, and without keeping a copy of it.
Every bank formats its statements differently, and every accountant, bookkeeper, and finance team ends up doing the same tedious work: opening a PDF, squinting at columns, and retyping transactions into a spreadsheet by hand. We think that work is beneath the people doing it. CPAs and bookkeepers should be reviewing numbers, not retyping them.
Financial data is exactly the place you don't want a model confidently guessing at a number it half-read. So we don't use one. ZeroParse reads your statement's real text layer where one exists, falls back to OCR only where it must, and reconstructs the transaction table with deterministic, rule-based logic — the same rules every time, on every file, with nothing in between that could hallucinate a transaction or misread an amount. Then we check our own work: every extraction is reconciled against the totals your statement prints about itself, and we show you the result rather than asking you to trust it.
We don't want your bank statement, and we don't keep it. A PDF is processed entirely in memory and destroyed the instant extraction finishes — success or failure, it's gone. CSV and Excel files never even leave your browser; the parsing happens on your machine, not ours. We run no ad networks, sell no data, and use nothing you upload to train a model, because there is no model to train. The Help & FAQ page walks through exactly what happens to a file the moment you upload it.

We're a small team building ZeroParse Statements around a simple idea: financial data deserves better than an AI black box or a cloud copy nobody asked for. If that's something you care about too, we'd like to hear from you.
