Check a UK Student visa applicant's funds
Firm plans6 steps. The 28 days against Appendix Student's figure, a report of facts for the applicant, and a CSV line for your records.
Drop in every account's statements covering the 28 days: PDFs, CSVs or spreadsheets. A statement's balances count only once its rows add up to the balances it prints.
Choose Visa check above the transactions. Enter the application date, where the course is, its months and the fees still to pay, and any dependants or accommodation deposit paid.
Beside each account, check its currency and say whose it is: a parent's is counted, someone else's isn't. Enter each currency's rate to the pound, from OANDA, for the application date.
The finding gives any days below the figure and the lowest day; point at a day for its balance. Add a loan, a sponsor, a fixed deposit or an exemption under the case if there is one.
Copy it, or Download .txt. It states the facts beside the published figure and the documents the rules ask for, with no opinion on the application.
Add to batch, then clear the statements and load the next applicant. Download CSV takes the batch into your own records: it's kept only in this tab.
